I am so happy. Susan, Naomi and Lauren planned a bike ride for this morning and told me I could tag along. This kind of had me worried since I haven't ridden much this winter. Lauren had a new bike to try out so I thought that maybe, just maybe, I could keep up. We rode to Lake Lanier, via Buford, and back. going 26 miles in about two hours on a beautiful, warm, sunny morning. I probably slowed them down by about 4 mph.
Here Naomi demonstrates the proper technique for putting 120psi into Lauren's tires. I bet Lauren is on her own next time.
