It is Saturday afternoon. A sunny, winter, windless day and the temperature is a balmy 50 degrees. The low, southern sun is streaming in the windows, keeping Susan and me warm as we relax and read in the livingroom. A perfect day for a walk on the Suwanee Greenway and George Pierce Park. How amazing that we amble a few steps out of our house and find ourselves away from the hustle and bustle of traffic and everyday noise. It doesn't seem that we can be this close to Atlanta and still be so "out-of-doors". Southern winters certainly have their pluses. [
